The service line was slow. It took 40 minutes for someone to write ticket. But when Tony started, he did things quickly.

It took me physically going back to the dealer to get a status update, 2 days and a handful of phone calls after dropping off my car. Then I was left cold again for 5 days. I tried texting the number that had text me regarding my car and didn’t get a response, I also called and got no response. Then finally received a text in the evening that my car was ready. I text back instantly, and still received no response.
