I understand that the service station is busy, however it took 5 days to get a simple battery replacement. Communication was very lacking as I was having to reach out to the advisor first instead of the other way around, and information about when my car would be ready was very vague. I never got a confirmation that my car was ready and had to show up to the shop and have someone else complete my ticket. I then got a text the following day telling me that I would be told when to pick up my car, even thought I already had it. I am completely understanding that things happen, however I did not appreciate that the only way I got communication was over text message even though I called the advisor multiple times, as a phone conversation would have solved my questions and concerns faster

I like to think Mr. Daniel Sanchez for keeping me informed as much as possible concerning work on my vehicle and for setting up a rental car for me this is the only car we have to get around in my wife has cancer and she always has doctors appointments and medications to pick up when Daniel mentioned a rental it was a great relief, I did not think it was going to be take this long to make repairs, It’s nice to know you have reliable people like Daniel working for you thank you so much
