Tried to redeem ford pass rewards for maintenance package.. instead was redeemed for premium oil change. Was unable to remedy the situation and obtain package requested. dropped car over night and was unable to get any status of the vehicle the next day. Receptionist was helpful and made multiple attempts to get ahold of someone for me. Had to just get a ride down at 430pm to request my vehicle back. :(

Daniel was not only great. He managed somehow to have my recall part replaced and out the door in an hour. Which mattered a ton in that i discovered norm reeves is up to a 6 hour wait and only provides ONE WAY car ride somewhere ( not cool at all ) so he made a big difference for sure. And he is super nice
