I think that when you make an "appointment" to check-in your vehicle for service...the folk that direct you to park should also direct you to the lounge and ask for your keys and phone number so that the person responsible for your car can call you when they are available

I am so very dissatisfied and upset with the whole experience of the service provided. I had taken my truck there Saturday for an oil’s change and a “tire pressure sensor fault” to be serviced. I did not receive a text or a call that my truck was ready for pick up. I went ahead and went to see if it was ready and was told that he had just received the paperwork’s. This is 15 minutes before closing. I paid the total and waited outside and was told that my truck was probably getting washed. At 4:15 went back in and asked Rudolph if my truck is still getting washed. Finally got my truck 10 minutes later. Drove away to home and saw that the “tire pressure sensor fault” is still showing. Got home and noticed that there were grease marks all over my truck and on the driver seat and console. Drove bask to the shop and Rudolph was just leaving for the day but did take time to I am so very dissatisfied and upset with the whole experience of the service provided. I dropped off my car on thursdadd an appointment for Friday spoke to crystal. Telling her that I'll be drop enough money 2018 fusfor chicken tonight and oil change. Also make an appointment for the following Friday may 5th to drop off my wife's car for a recall and oil change very unsatisfied one niwhen I. Dropped my car off on Thursday. People behind the test even manager did not acknowledge me. Very unsatisfied I always take my vehicle. Do you guys never had any issues the person that used to help me? I believe she is no longer there. Last name Davis. I don't know what happened to your service at the dealer. But it is very unsatis factory might be taking my vehicle somewhere else from now on.
