Crystal Rivera was so unprofessional and giving false information over the phone. Once confronted in person she said she never made conversation regarding the overall total of service. If one does not know something, they shouldn’t be answering with false information. It was ridiculous and being 7 months pregnant, being stressed out is something I do not appreciate. Worst customer service from her was something I had never experienced. She needs more training and more knowledge on how to answer certain customer questions.

Fernando is a terrific employee. I had a SYNC card that I recently purchased did not know where it went. There were no instructions that came with the card and he was kind enough to see if I couldn’t put it in I could my car in and he would take care of it.
