Nobody answers. I thought the entire problem with my car would be fixed and I had a quote of $1700. Then they told me my new quote is going to be 3500$. I will never recommend you guys to anyone. Crystal was nice. But customer service and the whole thing seemed shady and I did not like it. I was stressed out and was finally relieved when I was able to finally pay and leave. Of course I don’t matter to you guys, I’m just one person. But if everyone had the same experience I had, then that says something. It’s literally impossible to reach anyone specific there. So many extensions yet no answers. I had to call the sales department nearly 20 times just to get them to walk to the service area so I can speak to someone. Other than that…it was not too bad. Thank you guys for fixing my car! It runs amazing now.
