Daniel had a warm greeting and made a personal connection right away. I explained my service needs and that my busy schedule wouldn’t allow for any additional repairs that day should they arise. The work was actually completed much faster than I anticipated and a thorough overview of the vehicles future service needs explained clearly and without the “pushiness” some dealerships have.
