My experience was excellent, Crystal greeted me introduced herself explained everything asked if I have any questions gave me time line . She even went the extra mile to contact the rental car manager When she realized my car would be done sooner than later so I would have the option to rent a car or relax in the waiting room and have your complimentary coffee that was great!
