As part of the reason for bringing our Expedition into Norm Reeves service was to get and oil change and to get a fog LED lamp assemply looked at. (When making the appt for Sat I was not notified that they can only do oil changes on a Sat??) I had previously confirmed with Ford the LED lamp was covered under our extended warranty.
Instead of just quickly looking at the lamp to see it was out the service manager said they could not look at it (even though the service dept was extremely slow that day) and we would have to come back another day to have it diagnosed (possibly having to leave it overnight)??
It is already very hard for us to bring the Expedition into get service as it is our primary vehicle for getting our 3 kids around. It would have taken 10 mins to look at the lamp and see it was out, but the service Manger refused to do it. I just purchased a $100k Lightning from Norm Reeves in Nov and thought this would be our go to service center. I am rethinking that decision after the rude treatment I received with our Expedition.
