Crystal did a very thorough job and communicated with me promptly. She answered all my questions and sought to my concerns, as well as took care of us when service was a tad inconvenient. Usually my experience with Dealerships and service departments is great, this experience was pleasant.

I took in my ford fusion for a engine light that came on to find out block block add a crack due To Ford's poor factory Illuminati block luckily I luckily. I had warrant you that I always get on my vehicles when I purchase so it wascovered. You don't know I pay extra for mine? Insurance. I also think that Ford should step up and do recalls you could because some people aint as fortunate as I am money wise thanks to God goodness. I need to take my car back because when I purchase the car the car when it comes up to a stop. Sign or a stop light doesn't turn off so I'm hoping that when I take it back to the dealer. They do not charge Me for a diagnostic on the vehicle to see what is causing it not to function. The way Ford made it to function we'll see. Other than that I'm very satisfied with my work and also on my wife's Ford Explorer. Thank you norm Reeves.
