Crystal lopez has great customer service. I dropped off the car after 3:30 p.m. and she informed me that it was going to be process then same day. I was pleasantly surprised. I informed Crystal I was already scheduled to pick up car the next day. The next day I paid the fees but, staff was not able to find my car nor my keys. After several attempts to locate my car/yes the car was found. I had an appointment after therefore, I was late due to the lack of professionalism from your staff.
