Dropped off my car early in the morning to get it checked. Nobody took care of my car and it was there all day. Also someone disconnected my dashcam so how can they say no one looked at my car yet my camera was disconnected. It was my first and last time I'm taking my car there. Really disappointed.

Everyone were very nice but I brought my vehicle to Ford to have the repair done because I trust them . It should not have taken a week to replace a fuel pump. I understand things happen but I brought it there because I felt they would have everything in stock as they are a dealership. My friend works for Ford and they have a parts warehouse not that far from Cerritos. Like I said I appreciate the work but it could have been done in a faster time line.
