Updates provided by the rep were sparse and a clear time frame was not disclosed until the end of the day considering there was a known delay of 2-3 days for a diagnosis.
Was also told the car was being put through the wash when rep notified me the car was ready, but it was not washed as there were distinct dirt marks/bird droppings on the vehicle when I brought it in that were still there when I picked it up.
Lastly, the mechanics also left heavy dirt/smudge marks on the inside of the driver door near the door handle. It was easily noticeable because I have white interior so that was very disappointing.

My appointment was at 11:00am I showed up 10 mins early. It took at least 15 to 20 mins to see the service advisor. I came in only for an oil change. I waited for the car to be finished. I didn't get my car until 2:45. Their was another woman got there at 9am for the same thing and got her car at 2pm. Also they said my tire pressure all 4 tires where 35lbs. I put air in them 2weeks ago and they where set at 36.5. And my dash tire pressure said something different.
