At first I was very disappointed but she made it up to me by giving me a discount on all the work that was done and I thank her for that just hope she's consistent with her customers in the future moving forward always let the customer know what's going on, instead of them not knowing, we seem to get upset when things don't work the way we expect them to.

The first time I took my car in I was not notified when it would be done, I kept asking and it took a week to get an answer, unfortunately it wasn't what I was expecting, my car was still not done and even though I picked it up and paid for it I didn't want to drive it because it sounded worse than when I initially took it in. At first I was told it would be done but then let down and told it needed more work done on it. I was already on my way to pick up the car and had to be taken back home til the next day and I was told even though it wasn't done I could still drive it but had to go back to get the last of the work done on it. This is the last time I'll be going there.
