From the beginning to the end of my 8 day journey with Isaac, he was very short toned with me and that's something that has and will stick with me moving forward. I work in the health field and encounter people daily and I would never make someone feel as if they are bothering me or can't approach me to ask a question or two. And I felt that everytime I approached Isaac after my initial contact with him. Regardless of how a person's day is going the customer should always feel comfortable communicating with the staff. Better customer service should be implemented.

I just want to say thank you to Akay and Ramiro for being so patient with me throughout my lease but out process. I wasn’t getting the price I was hoping for and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my daughter throughout the day. I ended up getting approved for a loan through my bank at the end of the day. However; Akay helped me get transportation to my doctors appt and Ramiro helped me transfer my car seat to the rental car while my car was being checked during the day. Thank you guys so much!

Crystal was very nice polite and helpful. However the service dept is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Would have loved an automated update about my vehicle status. Instead I was frustrated trying to call in. Only update I got was after I picked up the car. Overall everything is great but an automated system would do wonders.
