I made an appointment to get my brakes replaced and when I arrived for the appointment I was told that the department was backed up and wouldn’t be able to service my brakes until Monday. I will not be coming back to norm reeves to get maintenance done ever again

Joseph was very kind and helpful. The other people there could smile a bit more when they see customers and could ant least act like they enjoy their job. I know it was morning but everyone seemed so crabby. A lady that directed me where to park my car acted like I was an annoyance. I’ll come again cause it was really fast service and like I said Joseph was very kind, and professional. But the rest of the crew needs work.
