Ricardo was great. But when a customer makes an appointment at 9:20 and their vehicle does not get worked on til 11:30, something is wrong with the scheduling plan. This is the second time this has happened. Also, because of an “employee appreciation luncheon” a complimentary washing of my car didn’t happen.

9:40 am appt. Oil change and inspection. 2-3 hours tops if busy. Apparently you guys had something else going and my car wasn't even going to be seen until maybe 3 hours later as I was told by Ricardo. Shuttle(LYFT) only one way. No loaner vehicle. Inconvenienced to say the least. Not only was my schedule changed but also person who had to change their schedule to pick my vehicle which wasn't ready until just before 5:00pm. And I was told to pick it up before 5:30 because you would be closed. I had to rush there. Very unsatisfied overall. The $20 discount was the best that could be done? How about my time and inconvenience?
