My Service Rep. Issac did a great job and provided me with updates on a regular basis, while also providing great customer service! However, the issue regarding my radio, not functioning properly still has not been resolved. Although Isaac did everything he could., it appears that there is no real sense of urgency to resolve this issue since it has been ongoing since 2019.

Issac Yela was great with his daily updates. Ford was horrible making me wait for about 20 days to get my car back when they already knew that my Ecoboost engine was defective. Why on earth would they make the mechanic (Tom) tear down the engine to document what they (Ford) already knew what the problem was.
