840am appointment. 900am I was finally helped and my info was taken. The entire system at Ford seemed unorganized, employees seem slow, sluggish, uninthused and bored. The only reason I ever come to Ford is for a recall. Otherwise, I go out of my way to find another service center or I do the work myself.as a healthcare worker, if I moped around like Ford service employees do, my patients would never get taken care of.

When they brought the truck up to service for us to pick it up there was oil/grease on the carpet drivers side, door sill and the running board. Enrique, the salesman that happened to be close by realized we were upset and cleaned it for us. Enrique is the best! But there is no reason they should have ever brought the car to us with oil/ grease on it. We pride ourselves on taking care of our truck and assume you should do the same.

You guys crashed my car my first time going to you and then tried to blame me for the damage until I yelled at your manager to rewatch YOUR video which shows there was no damage before hand. My representative Joseph was very helpful and understanding in the situation however the female employee in the blue shirt was extremely rude and gave me attitude how the damage was shown in the video even though it wasn’t because they realized they damaged my car but still wanted to blame me.
