I expected to pay more by taking my Ford flex to the dealership for shocks and brakes. I mentioned to the associated all the signs and symptoms of how the car sounded and felt when I drove the car. After the initial inspection. the associate mentioned the repair recommendations and agreed. I picked up my car after the work was finished, and drove it for a few days and I noticed that the brakes were still squeaking which was one of those symptoms that I mentioned before the inspection was done. Two new symptoms that I noticed after driving the car were that the car would pull to the right and the steering wheel would shake when I accelerated. I took the car back to the service department and explained what was going on. Problems that should of been fixed the first time weren't. They did agree to a free wheel alignment and tire rotation but they charged me for the brakes which should have been recommended and addressed initially. It was pretty inconvenient I must say.

I brought car in Monday at 8:30. Tuesday late afternoon I was told a quote on repair would be coming. Wednesday I received text saying my car would be done soon. Then at 4:30 Wed I called to find out where quote was and what needed to be done.
I never was told that the tech were short handed and backed up and that it may take 24 to 48 hours to get answer. I had to rent a car as well. If the tech's are backed up why have me come in on Monday rather than the day it could be looked at? Cost me $105 for rental while waiting for answer. Or I should have been told up front.
I had lost all faith in both getting a straight answer plus wondering how long it would take to repair that I came and got my car and taking it somewhere else to be fixed.
