Joseph was incredible. He was quick to help me and answered all my questions. I used to go to another Ford dealership to get my car serviced, but because of Joseph, the Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos is going to be my new #1 spot.

Crystal was really friendly and wanted to help but seemed overworked and not able to interact through text and I would have to call multiple times to get an answer. The final receipt of fix noted a big issue with my car but did not go into detail on where the bug was in the car, if big can effect a electric car then Ford needs to really re work their whole electric car business.

Outside of good service on vehicle. I was disappointed that I was not provided previous service of pick up. This small amenity is one of the reasons I opt to go to dealer for higher price repairs. I would have no worries about transportation from home and dealer. Offering drop off, but not pick up with in the service mileage distance was a bit irritating to a handicap and loyal customer.
Just a consideration for future service.
