My vehicle is still no functioning, we found more problems with it but the dealership refused to provide a loaner vehicle as my contract states. They did not install my engine cover and still have it. Service advisor does not know customer service. Service manger is having me perform engine oil consumption tests when they should be the ones trying to figure out why the oil is burning at **** a high rate. They misreported engine miles at October 22 service( they reported exact same as June 22). They did not report that the technician reported the vehicle skipped shifting when test drove and reported excessive oil consumption but the service advisor did not report. Shall I go on! I am still waiting for my stolen engine cover for which they have not made arrangements to come and replace. They have had two chances!
