I came in last week to service my car because my tire pressure monitoring system was on. I asked them to see if there's a nail, if it needs patching, if my tires needed to be replaced. And since I was there I also asked to do an oil change and do maintenance check up on my car. Rafael said it just needs some tire patching and they replaced my rotors and brakes which I gladly paid for. I got my car 2 days later then noticed my tire pressure monitoring system was on again. I called Rafael and told him I'm having the same issue and he asked me to come in to get it checked. I came in this Saturday (03/24) and a guy named Daniel Sanchez was the one that helped me. I told him my issue was when I noticed it the second time, my tire pressure kept on declining up to zero PSI. I had to pump air just so I can drive it to Ford Service. After dropping my car off, I got a text from him saying there was no leaks or no fault in my tire. I messaged him back asking for advice since I brought it there for a reason. I was concerned of my safety with driving the car because it already happened twice. I came back to the Ford Service later in the afternoon before closing and wanted to see this Daniel Sanchez so I can pick up my car and talk to me about it. HE WAS VERY RUDE. I was standing against the wall and was patiently waiting to get called to his desk but his attitude was so obvious that he doesn't want to even deal with me. He didn't want to acknowledge me and just started saying he can't fix my tire when there's no fault. I GET THAT. But as a customer, I am still concerned of it happening again, it wasn't resolved and the way he even explained it to me was very unprofessional and very rude. He even asked if someone was just pranking me about it. (And he didn't say that to make me laugh) but I am upset because of his bad customer service. Why would I go to service my car, waste my time, and money to lie about my tire?! That doesn't make sense. I signed the paperwork and left with him still giving attitude. I've been a loyal customer at this location for years now. I liked the service that some of the staff like Rafael or Robin has done for me so this is shocking news to experience such BAD experience with this Daniel guy. Can someone please reeducate him with dealing with customers and reevaluate his customer service skills because now it's giving a bad reputation to your company. Thank you.

Chrystal was helpful, efficient, and overall great! However, all the communication leading up to the appointment was excessive and almost harassing. I received 3 calls, 3 texts, and 3 emails for ONE OIL CHANGE. I set up an account and got a confirmation call, text, and email. Fine. Then everything else was do you want to sell your car or talk about new cars. I said no every single time. Stop calling when we say no. Wait until we book our next appointment to call again. All that communication was TOO MUCH.

My appt was at 1040 am. At aroun 1 pm I was told the tech wasn’t there yet and it would be end of day befor the repair was completed. Also this is not my first bad experience at this dealer. I only came back because the recall had to be done by a dealer. I won’t be back

We were told that the light indicating a problem with the charging system did not come on when the tech drove the car on Thursday during eleven mile trip. But when we took the car home it came on during a very short trip on Thursday night and again Friday morning. Very frustrating experience.

I brought two vehicles in for service on 3/24/23. The first one was my wife’s 2014 Fusion Hybrid and the second one was my 2018 Explorer. Both were brought in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Crystal did a good job, but the car that was clean got washed and one that was filthy did not. The old mileage sticker was partially scrapped from the inside of windshield and the new was placed 12 inches from the corner of the windshield. When I was leaving the parking lot I got a dash warning that the hood was open, I got out and shut it properly. Just a lot of small details that could be indication of larger unseen issues
