Daniel Sanchez was great. He made sure my service experience was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Crystal was very precessional. She was able to get me out of there before the time promised.

My service technician is Rafeal Gonzalez. I was late and Crystal Lopez came to my window and I thought, “it’s gonna be ok”. Crystal did all the pre-checks I’m used. I received an email that stated the regular service was $148.30 and everything was ok. I paid via debit card on the app. Thank God, I checked the view report. Everything was in green but the disc was on both back breaks were 1m each in red. I got outside and my car was waiting for me. I found Crystal to let her know about the red boxes. She said, “I missed that”. She then asked, “Did you want to get that done today”? I was bewildered and said I’m here for service; yes… She found the technician to take my car back and I had to wait another hour & 1/2 and she said it would $391.00. She came to get me this time. I went to the counter and total was over &536.00 dollars. I looked at the price and asked did you charge me for the first again? She didn’t deduct the $148.30 I paid by card. She had to get assistance to deduct the original amount. It brought the price down to $391.00 and some change. I asked, “Do you have coupons”? She said no, not for this service. Takeaways; if Crystal had of looked at the vehicle report she would have seen, I needed my break pads down. So, she talk to the technician either. Who lets someone drive off with break pads at 1m? She made no personal contact with me the first time. I had a scale on my face because then I caught I was being charged to much. She apologized but I was done!!!!!!!!!!!

My service experience with Yolanda was great. She kept me well informed and took care of my vehicle while it was in the service department. Definitely coming back again!
