Rafael was great, the day we dropped off the truck I believe he was off but my wife waited for over an hour for someone to come out and acknowledge her. I have complaints about Rafael as he was very helpful but I would say your dealership is under staffed.

That was a tough question. Crystal Lopez provided the best service experience that I’ve had with you guys in quite some time. She was very helpful and found answers to all of my questions. I’m looking forward to having more repairs done to my vehicle because of that. My only issue was that after leaving from an oil service, I noticed that the mileage was incorrect on my service due date sticker. I called and they made the corrections on my file, but I have to return for an accurate sticker. It’s a simple thing, but I have become accustomed to just looking up at that sticker for my next service.

Did not complete one of recalls even though I specifically spoke with representative prior to scheduling appointment and provided detailed explanation of situation. I was assured that they spoke to manager who confirmed they would take care of it.
Furthermore, when I brought vehicle in foe recall service, I asked if they could confirm another mechanics observation that control arm bushings needed replacement. Service said no problem, never indicating there was a charge to check. When I finally was able to get car, was told I had to pay nearly $200 for a maintenance check, which was not disclosure to me.
In addition, communication from service while my vehicle was there was nonexistent. I had to go to service center, just be informed that my car had to be kept overnight.
Overall, a terrible and costly experience.
