The Service Dept was outstanding, especially Robyn Devis and Rick Baker along with the Diesel Tech, they were attentive to my concerns and always treated me with importance, with updates on my vehicle getting serviced, they would return my calls and answered my questions regarding the service in detail. When I got my vehicle back, it was clean and I could see the Diesel Tech took great care in his work, no marks or grease oil smudges. Definitely will buy our next Ford from Norm Reeves!!

The service coordinator was great. She gave me an update each time I requested it, but my problem was not fixed. I came in for a recall with an issue using the backup camera. My LCD screen keeps turning blue. This would be the 2nd time I come in for the same issue and it doesn't get fixed. The service coordinator asked me to bring the car back, but unfortunately I don't have the luxury of taking time off work during the week to bring the car in for service, so I have to wait a few weeks to take another day off.
I'm not happy with Cerritos Ford service at this time.
