Terrible service. No feedback on car. Appointment was given and car was serviced 2 hours after appointment. Appointment was apparently given during service peoples’ lunch time. Service people seemed unfriendly. Television in guest area was too loud and annoying. Car was not washed after service yet other people’s cars were washed but they didn’t wash mine. Unacceptable communication because we had to guess where to go and ask for our finished car. This place needs a lot of improvement.

It took way too long for an oil change. I had an appointment for 10am & did not get out of there with my vehicle until about 12:30pm. There were other people waiting in the service line for 2 1/2 hours. The staff and advisors were very friendly, communicated well, and were attentive though. The service technician did a great job too. Just took way too long.

Customer service was great Tony Ibarra is my favorite person, but my car sounds like it's going to turn off whenever I turn on the air conditioner. If anything I think it's something having to do with the air conditioner and the actual problem I took my car in is all fixed. So it's another issue with my car. Just expected the mechanic to check everything before I was given my car back. Thought they would have told me there was something else wrong with my car but I guess not.

Robyn was so detailed w explaining everything. Very pleasant to work with. My only complaint (and it is NOT w Robyn) is when I scheduled my service appointment I specifically asked if to take care of the FON (which was my second issue) if it was OK to bring it on a weekend and scheduler said yes. Now I have to make a second appointment to come back to take care of the FOB. If you can update your scheduling department to let them know that those type of electrical issues can only be taken care of Monday through Friday

I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance service, 1/20/23. During my last previous service, I was informed my windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced, but unfortunately, they were out of stock at the time. I was told to bring it back anytime at a later date, and the wipers would be replaced. I was quite surprised that I had to pay for them because my service contract had expired. The fact that the blades were out of stock while my service contract was still in effect, I believe the wipers should have been free of charge.
