Your team has earned a ZERO for "lack of communication". Nobody answers your phones at the service desk. Check your records. I called several times asking for a best day to bring in my truck or for the status of my truck. Furthermore your service staff is SLOW to acknowledge and serve your customers in the mornings and they are GONE by 4 pm ...and they don't leave your file with anyone that can help you pick up your car. Much training is needed!!! ...for your entire service staff.

My husband requested for a shuttle home and he never got it. Even after he left his phone number no one tried to call him for the shuttle. Also came in a little early to check the car in and representative took close to an hour to check the car in.

Everything went great with the service. I wish I could say the same thing about the waiting area with the TV. One woman sitting against the wall in the cubicles using a laptop or iPad talked loudly the whole 3 hours. I couldn’t stand it any longer and went into the showroom to sit. Very rude on her part and her husband didn’t seem to care either. No one could hear the TV as she talked over it. Not your fault, I know, but she didn’t pay any attention to the sign above her about it being a quiet area or lounge….or whatever it says.

Worst service ever Yolanda never provided me with updates on diagnosis of vehicle nor what was repairs completed before contacting me to advise she sending a link for me to pay without any explanation of what service was done which was inappropriate also my tripple AAA discount was not applied until i asked twice and she told me my car warranty was not on file she never asked about my warranty i had to bring it up, made me feel like she didnt care as long as i was paying for everything and seem like i was being over charged at first until i asked questions. It was frustrating that every other advisor i work with in the past have assusted with all these things before i dont know why she treated me differently. It was my 1st time with her as my advisor. I was lied to about being contacted with updates and a rental was never provided and someone told me by phone I was not eligible to receive a loaner because of milage on my car was over certain mileage but I had a letter that said when I bring my vehicle in for service a loaner can be offered if available . I was very pleased with service from Manager Juan he was very helpful, but he was busy I wasn't able to share my concerns with him.
