They never called us to notify us our car was ready, called Crystal Rivera several times & she didn’t return our call.
Picked up our vehicle on Monday & it has a scratch on the ac vent, I called Crystal Rivera as soon as we got home on Monday left her a msg & called her several times on Tuesday & nothing.
It’s now Wednesday & still haven’t received a call back :(

My appointment was @ 1:30 pm they had me sitting in my car for mor then an hour with out communication if they were low staffed or if they were over booked it took mor then 3hrs for my service to be complete. Extremely poor customer service very disappointed, I have always gone to norms reeves ford in Cerritos I won’t be returning..

The service jobs, oil change and recall, completely satisfied. But the car wash was not mentioned and wasn’t taken care. Dealer could not provide pick up/ drop off service was very inconvenient. The customer lounge coffee machine was broken. Other dealerships are provide all the services.

Unrealistic time frame for service. Was given a 2 hour completion time. Cane back 2 and a half hours later and the vehicle had not been serviced yet and was still parked in the same location. Was told it would take another 2 hours to be service. This was for a simple oil change which I scheduled an appointment for.
