I made an appointment for a recall item and a map update. When I arrived, I was advised that the techs that perform those tasks were not at work. I understand that things happen, but I should have been notified and allowed to reschedule in advance, even the same morning would have been acceptable. Ultimately the recall item was taken care of, but now I'll have to schedule the map update on a future date.

Thank you. I would like to know more abput swollen lug nuts. The tech advisor recommended changing the lug nuts due to this condition. I’ve never heard of this before and own 5 other cars including 2 muscle cars. So I would like to understand this condition more.

I was a little upset that I had to wait 40 minutes for my car to be retrieved and after I left I realized that one of the things I thought was fixed the auto start stop issue is still not resolved I had stoped at several lights and sat in the parking lot for several minutes and the car did not shut off when I got home I attempted to call and report it back to the service department and the phone just kept ringing with no answer I will drive my car for another day or so and if the problem continues I will call back

Worst service I’ve ever received at a dealership. Would never recommend this center to anyone. I was quoted one price for a part I needed for my car by whole/retail dept. then quoted higher prices by Robyn and she was making me get more things added that I did not request. She was rude, impatient, unprofessional, had clearly no knowledge. She told me my battery was dead and could not be recharged she said I needed an entire new one. I had AAA recharge my battery and it’s working just fine now. Robyn Devis and the rest of the staff there that told me my battery was no good you all have a lot to learn and shouldn’t work there. Literally trying to **** peoples wallets. Shame on you guys.
