Waited 45 minutes for them to bring up my vehicle, way too long. Also paid 300 for a trans service and they didn't even change the filter. That is way overpriced, had I known it was just a trans fluid exchange I wouldn't have done it.

Rudy was great, very nice and professional. My problem is with the tech that worked on my truck. When I got home the undershield was in my trunk and bolts were in my cup holder. Am I supposed to finish the job? This is not the 1st time this happened but I gave cerritos ford the benefit of the doubt.

Job on my car seems very good!! However who ever was in charge of my car sure made a mess of all my controls!!! I’m very short 4”9’ and
85 yrs old so I had a bit of trouble getting home since steering wheel was us so HIGH & I couldn’t find controls to put it back were I need it to SEE to drive & Norm Reeves was very busy trying to get everyone their cars back & my radio was also out of control!! It was very dark when I got home & couldn’t try then to put things back In order if I can ever do it your dealing with someone who is not very text friendly!! Yolanda

Rudolph didn’t keep me informed about my problem with the FordPass. I finally ended up talking to Juan Prado and he got car finished. He was great on keeping me up to date. Norm Reeves is very lucky to have him working for you. I would give Juan from 1 to 10. 10 being excellent a 12. Rick Baker also got involved and he was excellent also.

Adrian texted me and said to text him any questions or concerns I had. I must have texted him dozen times and never got a response back. Then come 4 I tried calling to see if my truck was done and the lady that answered the phone was super rude. And said Adrian had stepped out and would be back in a couple minutes and would call me back and tell me the status of my truck. Never got a call back. So I called again at 430. Someone picked up the phone and hung up 3 seconds later. Called back again finally the guy that answered help me out and looked. Told me the truck was done and I could come get it. When I get down there someone in the service office gives me my paperwork and said they are bringing the truck up. 45 minutes later I see my truck coming up then the kid bring it up stops just outside the little breezeway and pulls out his phone and does something on it for another 15 minutes or so. Then decides.to pull it up and let me take it!!! It’s close to 545pm at this point. So you guys had my truck from 815am to 545pm to replace two wiper arms and flash the some other module that had a recall. That’s about 11 hours. I am a heavy diesel mechanic I know how long that takes and how a customer should be treated. Your customer service is a joke. United rentals ( the company I work for) will definitely not ever be coming to your lot for any ever again!!
