So I will not be returning to Norm Reeves for any reason...

My Tires were not rotated. My LF tire had a nail in it and my report had a Check mark in the green box no nail in tire. Tread wear was marked as RF 5 LF 6 LR 7 RR 8?? When My March 2022 Visit tire wear showed 5,6,6,6? Was Charged 34,653 Points and still has to pay $99.34 on $286.35 bill. Of that bill $179.00 Was for trouble shooting phone sync.

I had an appointment for just a simple oil change and told the service rep I will be waiting for oil change only. She said she will do the best to get it done. 3 hours later, my car still in line. I found her sitting behind the computer and asked her if she could help get it moving. She said: there’s nothing I could do… you wouldn’t want me to move someone else car ahead of you, would you? Her manager heard that, and try to get my car oil service done soon after thar. An hour later the oil change was done. It took 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. The service rep did nothing and was rude by what she said. Terrible service!
