I don’t even know we’re to start this young man Rafael that I know for quite a while has given me the best quality service a dealership can give. He totally goes Obote and beyon to keeps more than satisfied. He is friendly ,kind and totally cares about us customers. Prior to me was a very satisfied customer who also praised him for his dedicated services. He is truly an asset to the service department. I feel in this point of time we need quality and and not quantity people like Rafael I insisted in staying for my service and he kept on going to the lobby server Al times for an update on my car. As well as text updates. This is why my husband and this is why we keep coming back after13 years of loyal customers. We love our mustangs and the excellent service.

I came in received an oil change, got the change even checked my battery and replaced it , service from Yolanda was excellent. Unfortunately later that night I discovered a nail in my passenger rear tire. Haven’t been in contact due to it being a holiday. Will be back in for follow up on hood mis-alignment, loose panel, paint chips and now both windows have noises when rolling up.

There was no communication by the part of the service advisor. I called numerous times to try and get information as to the status of my vehicle, but received no response. My service advisor provided me with her number and asked me to call her if I had any questions. I called her and texted her several times without getting any called backs.

I waited for almost 5 hours for the service to be completed, and I only had the "works" service for my car. I got to the dealership at 1 and didn't get my car until after 6. While waiting I left a couple of messages for an update and didn't receive a reply until the next day.

Will never return. Brought our Explorer an for an oil change. I was told two hours it took a day and a half . When I called to check status no one from the service department would answer the phone or return my call when I left messages. Called seven times over two days trying to get an answer and not once did Service pick up the phone. Finally got a ride over and asked in person. Was told it still wasn’t ready. After 15 minutes of shuffling paper and me finally asking them just to give me back my car so I could take it elsewhere they discovered it was actually ready. Ridiculous!

Tony is great as far as making sure the customer (me) is totally satisfied. Tony keeps (me) inform and he calls you when the job is finished, he make sure the car is clean before I pick it up. He let me know what the tech has found wrong with my vehicle and what has been done to fix the problem . Tony is the only reasons I come to your dealership.
