I requested a specific representative but was given a different one again. When I informed the representative that came to take my information, I was ignored and offered no response or recognition. I was also in the waiting room for four hours without one contact from this new representative. I was also informed after I had to ask) that no reason for one of the problems I asked to have checked. The reason I requested Rudy is because he NEVER makes me feel like nothing is happening and ALWAYS addresses my concerns WITHOUT having to inquire. He also reviews my invoice instead of just telling me how much I owe. The representative I had today was polite but unprofessional

I was surprised to see so many employees standing inside who weren’t with customers and yet I had to wait quite some time before I was even checked in. The priority should be greeting the customer, especially since there were at least 5 employees inside. I won’t be coming back anymore, especially since a previous time I waited 40 minutes just to be greeted and I had an appointment. Apparently this is an ongoing issue.
