Yolanda quoted us a price for service. She said it wasn’t covered by our warranty. My husband questioned why it wouldn’t be. Yolanda placed him on hold and then miraculously it was covered by the warranty. This was on Tuesday 10/25. We heard nothing after that. I called on Tuesday November 1st to ask for the status of the repair. I was told that Yolanda had to check with the technician and would call me back. She didn’t. I received a text saying the car is ready. I responded and asked for an invoice. I texted again the next day. Still no response.
