After he verified my vehicle and deemed damage part was not covered at that dealership rather then the original dealership I purchased my vehicle they charge me $250 for the inspection they did. Even though the damaged part was under warranty but couldn’t replace part since a aftermarket lift kit was installed at the dealership I purchased my vehicle. At this point I was upset since he told me I had to pay the $250 or I won’t get my car and there’s no other way. He said he can’t help me moving forward. I try to tell him why would I have to pay since it’s under warranty. I understand but I felt helpless

I have been bringing my Ford Edge to you out of convenience (I bought it at Ken Grody and I prefer their service department) BUT today changed that. Not only was the check person efficient and friendly, Crystal is AMAZING, you are lucky to have her. Not that any of the guys in the past were bad, she is just excellent all the way around.
