The engine light was still on when I picked up the truck after the service. Was told it was not mentioned when dropped off. My wife said she told Crystal the engine light was on. I was then told I would have to make another appointment. Really! Didn’t the tech see the light engine was on when he or she completed my oil change. Unacceptable!!!

Francisco was amazing.
However I took in my car because it smelled strongly like gas over the weekend. My car was with the service department for 2 days. Only a visual was done in my car because the computer to fix recall or run diagnostics was not working. Still don’t feel sane in my car since nothing was found. And not thrilled about having to take my car back for the recall and diagnostic

I waited 8 hours just so the advisor and car tech told me that my lamps on my bronco don’t light up . Someone should have known this when I checked in . I drop my bronco off at 7:40 am I finally left at 4:10 pm .
I don’t think I would go back for any services. The fact is that your tech started working on my car after 1:00 pm when I made know to Rudy that I was waiting on my in the costumer area.
