You very improved the personal service. BUT your phone service is terrible. I was waiting for someone for over 30 minutes in fact I drove into the dealership and was serviced faster. I was luckily enough to be able to get my oil changed within 5 minutes of driving in and got the car back within an hour. The Best service I have ever received from the service department.
Your internet service needs work as well.

After a simple oil change, my father in laws 2019 Ford Escape starting making rattling noises when idling at a stop light. Not sure what is loose but it’s now a problem. I’ll be returning on Monday to investigate what that noise could be.
