My service experience at Norm Reeves was great. Rudy Wilson is a top notch at his job. I had problems again on the front axle of my Explorer. Saidly the extended warranty policy company took a long time to approve my repair costing me 400.00 dollars in rent a car fees. Ford needs to be more selective of maintenance plans they offer their customers.
