Rafael was exceptional throughout this whole process. He is a professional through and through, an awesome communicator, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring about his customers. I’m glad he was my service agent. When he comes up for promotion or for a raise he should surely get it with out a doubt.

That service manager sucked!!!no communication said things that wernt true!! and on top of that I had to pay for a rental car at the amount of 360.00 bucks! And the issue I brought it in for they said basically ohwell that's just the noise it makes just deal with it! The drive Tran clunking and making this **** noise when idling forward or backwards I've owned a half dozen ford's and been backing out of the same driveway for 37 years and never had one do this ****!! It's ****!! And I'm going to be blasting all my social media about ford and norm reeves ford how bad the service is their!! Ed Wolf

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and also needed my horn to get looked at but there was no option on the website for that. When I showed up to my appointment (early), I let the rep know that I’d also like for someone to look at my horn. He told me that I would then be treated as a “walk-in”. I don’t understand why someone couldn’t look at the issue since I’m already there at the dealership. I was also going to ask for a new rear tire but after that comment decided not to. Your mechanics can’t help me? The dealership was not busy for once so I don’t know what was so difficult.

I was impressed from the first time I went to the oil change department and spoke with Rudy. His demeanor was approachable even though he was already working on something he greeted me warmly and professionally. He understood the issue with my vehicle and my desire to understand the process for getting an oil change as well as where to turn for other services. He explained everything clearly with enthusiasm yet professional attitude and he wasn't frustrated by my simple questions He also invited me to wait for my vehicle to be finished in the lounge which I did not take advantage of at the time but took a bus to the mall instead. Once I return to the dealership, I took a look inside the customer lounge area which was clean, comfortable with amenities like coffee and creamer etc. I made it a point to just sit in there to wait for my car because it had everything I could want! It's that kind of thoughtful hospitality that makes me feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to Norm Reeve's Ford. Keep up the good work and thank you Rudy for welcoming me and also walking me out directing me to where to pick up the bus but I won't need it next time because I'll be sitting in the lounge!

Unfortunately, after paying for the service, I was told my truck was going to be brought out directly to me “shortly”. I did not receive the truck until 45 minutes later which was unexpected and inconvenient. The reason I was given for why it took so long to bring my truck was that “the guy who was supposed to bring it was out for lunch”. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t inform me of this prior to my arrival but this was a delay there was no excuse for. I hope this is something that will not happen again in the future.
