Daniel was great. My car battery died unexpectedly, luckily I was able to get a jump and I drove right to Ford service. Daniel checked me in and recommended a full check of the car to make sure nothing else was in need of replacement. Daniel explained everything and gave me a quote. My car was finished a lot faster than I expected. Daniel was there to check me out and explain what the service review found. No communication with my representative, I only spoke with my representative when I called him, he finally call me 2 weeks later when my car was finally ready.
My rental car was disgusting, not clean, smelled like smoked, found some weed and sunglasses under passenger seat. Looks like a can of white paint was spilled in trunk.
Took two weeks to get my car back, and was one simple part.

Ricardo and 2 other service reps made my experience really smooth . I arrived for an oil change without an appointment and the 1st rep said that it was going to be ok but it might take awhile.
