I didn’t have an appointment. The estimated time for it to be done was 3 hours. However they got it done way faster. I think it was barely an hour.

I think I have brought my truck to you guys four different times. One time my window was scratched badly, and you can still see scratch marks on the window, other time my paint was scratched badly, and you guys were able to fix that for me. And on a tailgate recall, I brought it in for you to repair my tailgate with no longer open so I had to bring it back again so that I can open my tailgate. So I am a little concerned about bringing my truck back to Norm Reeves Ford for other services.
