I got great service from Francisco. The problem was fixed quickly . I got my truck back in one day . The only thing is the part and service should have been covered under my extended warranty which ford of Huntington Beach pointed out to me . But ford struggles to get things done under their warranty’s so I just bought the part my self from HB. and had norm reeves ford put it on because I make my money with my ford truck . It’s impossible to frames houses and be a carpenter out of a Prius .
So hanks for the fast turn around service . But it should have been free
