Raphael was amazing. But a diagnostic fee for a for vehicle that’s a plug and and check vehicle when I told them I had the computer checked already was ridiculous. The 1 part that rarely ever goes bad goes bad in my suv just **** and makes me not want to buy another ford vehicle again.
