It was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. From the moment I sought help to picking up my car, there was not much effort to help me. It was suggested from dealership staff for me to go to better dealership. Who says that to a customer?! In fact, I had to provide instructions on what to do, where to do it and had to call numerous times for my own status updates. I asked for a manager to call me twice to absolutely no response. Worst of all, I was charged the full price with absolutely no remorse for any of my inconveniences. My car went over a week from expected delivery due to lack of follow up. I highly doubt this very form will do anything but I’d be surprised if it did.
