I specially stressed on the fact that I needed to pick up the car after hour. I went to pick up after 6pm and the key was not left with the sale manager for me to pick up. I needed the car to get to work the next day. My wife and I had to come by to pick up in the morning and come to work late. It was unacceptable. Especially for something that I repeatedly asked for to make sure it was done properly. I would not come back nor can I recommend anyone.
