The service technician would not return my calls or texts in a timely manner. The communication was really bad. I had to take my vehicle somewhere else.

Bad experience sold me a car lots of miles and very expensive I cant resell it deffected. Second day out of the dealership failed and ever since...you got rude staff I won't name because am not the type of person and overall I think is a lemon car I give my experience a 0 and would recommend Ford cars or that delearship
