Your new quick oil and service department is a great addition I am sure that others approve of it as much as I do. I have had to wait as long as 2 to 3 hours having my car serviced in the past. Joseph Corral kept me well informed on services being done as well time completed. Also when service was completed he asked me if I had any questions. Thank you Joseph.

I left my car because it had some factory defect that were fixed under factory warranty and had some maintenance work. left my Ford Explorer ST your shop for like five on October 30 she was supposed to call me. My mother called me since I did leave, an alternate phone number (Alejandra did leave me an email), then my mother told me the vehicle is ready to be picked up. She told me to arrive before 5:00pm she was leaving early. I noticed and appreciate my car was washed but my drivers side window was down a little stench of marijuana (since I don’t smoke) find that odd. Also noticed my front right rim (wheel) was damaged somehow. the condition I received my unsatisfactory I don’t blame her but the technicians who worked on my Ford Explorer I’m not sure if I can trust Norm Reeves Ford. I have not heard a call from Alejandro or Juan Prado (left him a message no answer) well over a week already it feel like they are just ignoring me. Alejandra has not emailed anything the last time I spoke to her.
