I live in San Pedro and service my explorer were i bought it Norm Reeves.And its because of the great service team. It's employees like Rudolph Wilson that keep me returning. He takes care of me and my vehicle,always keeping me update on the status of my repair or service. There are several other ford dealers closer to my house but i didn't feel welcome there. When i pulled in to the service area one of the service Dept.Employee first words out of their mouth was "Did you buy that here? I said no, I told her that i was not happy to be asked that question. I said you should say Thank you for purchasing a ford. How can i help you today. At that time i decided not to service my car at Power ford. It's best to make the drive to Norm Reeves where i'm treated like family.

Service was great. I really dislike being subjected to the trade in appraisal text that I received shortly after checking in. Then, when being asked to answer a survey on the performance of your own service department, you hit me with ANOTHER trade in request. Why can't a service call just be a service call?

Electrical issues not completely resolved. Promised follow up call never received.
Wipers stopped the courtesy wipe. Was told the problem could not be replicated. All the tech needed to do was push the windshield washer button then watch the courtesy wipe not happen. Very disappointed with this lack of effort.

We took the car to Palm Springs about five days after my car was serviced and the engine light came on and I saw that the cover underneath the car was hanging open dragging the floor. We had to stopped at Jiffy lube to have it fix. The engine light signal went away after the cover was fixed. If we were to continue driving, the cover would have caused the sparks/fire from dragging on the floor or get torn off by the wind because we were driving against the wind and cause an accident. It looks like it was not screwed in properly or forgot to put in all the screws properly. I have pictures, if you need proof. This is a big safety issue.
