Joseph was very warm and friendly, communicative and as I checked out made sure I understood everything and that he was happy to answer any questions I had. It was my first visit to the dealership and a positive start. I followed my long-time friend and advisor Eduardo who will be my primary contact, but being new and unsure of the dealership procedure, Joseph had me checked in before I found and caught up with Eduardo after. He seems a great advisor as well. The oil change was done well before the quoted time and car returned as received. Meanwhile, the lounge was pleasant and comfortable. I especially like that I received much of my paperwork by a text link. Since I digitize it for storage anyway, that saved me time. See you next time!
